To whom it may concern:

Hard Truth Wake Up America has been removed from the Internet once again. This makes the third time this site has been removed. Topcities claimed my traffic exceeded the free allotted monthly amount. This may be true, however I started receiving many emails that the site was being blocked from many parts of the world before the removal of Hard Truth from topcities.

In their defense, Topcities sent an email giving me three days to upgrade my site by using a credit card to pay for upgraded services which they claimed they would have let Hard Truth remain. Unfortunately I was in the middle of an out of state move and career change and the three days was up before I checked my email. Topcities shut down Hard Truth in mid-day, not allowing me to upload any other info or explanation to my readers as to the plight of Hard Truth. Essentially, Hard Truth was held hostage for money and a billing address.

In major disgust and disappointment I had not checked my email in about three weeks. Folks, I have no intention of using my full name or supply an address to any and all who would seek to silence me or place any of my family and friends in any jeopardy. The use of credit cards leaves a paper trail straight to your front door. Flooded with emails with concern and worry I have decided to respond with this letter of explanation. I apologize to those who have been unduly concerned as to my plight.

When I started Hard Truth / Wake Up America, after the first removal I decided no matter how many times I was removed I would come back full force with twice the effort. This is still the case. Hard Truth will be back. For three years all of my spare time has been put into the site. After a much needed rest, Hard Truth will be back hopefully in three to six months. I will not be silenced!! Please pass this info on. May God bless and protect you and yours.
